By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. The service

Presaga is an AI-powered simulation platform that generates prediction reports. Important: outputs are generated by AI and should be treated as one strategic input among many. We do not guarantee accuracy or predictive reliability.

2. Accounts

You must provide a valid email. You must be at least 18.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Submit unlawful content
Use the Service to deceive or defraud
Reverse-engineer
Interfere with infrastructure
Exceed limits through automation
Resell without agreement
Violate applicable law

4. Your content

You retain ownership. We get a limited license to process it for simulation. We do not use your content to train AI models.

5. Simulation reports

Reports are for your use. You may share them. Reports contain simulated interactions from fictional AI-generated personas and do not represent real people.

6. Pricing and payment

Payments via Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew, cancel anytime. Refunds within 7 days for technical failures only.

7. Intellectual property

Service owned by Presaga. Underlying simulation engine (MiroFish) is AGPL-3.0.

8. Limitation of liability

Not liable for indirect damages. Total liability capped at amount paid in preceding 12 months.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

Service provided "as is" without warranties.

10. Privacy

Governed by our Privacy Policy at presaga.ca/privacy.

11. Modifications

14 days notice for material changes.

12. Governing law

Province of Ontario, Canada.
